About the Organization:
Established in 1939, the UWCC mission is to improve the quality of lives in Cumberland County by addressing critical human needs. The UWCC is one of 1200 affiliates serving local communities. After receiving community donations, UWCC enlists the support of local volunteers to assist in distributing funds to programs that are best suited to address community needs.
Using a community-based strategic planning process to prioritize its goals and identify measurable outcomes, UWCC prides itself on finding ways to eliminate barriers to service.
