Overview: As part of the community for over 15 years, RampsRVA is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization with a mission to help the less fortunate by paying for and assembling modular wheelchair ramps for those who are in need and have qualified for financial assistance in the Richmond area.
General Responsibilities:
· Works with the President of the Board, Director of Operations, and staff to ensure that the mission is fulfilled through marketing programs, strategic planning, and community outreach
· Lead social media, identifying, creating, and implementing the appropriate content strategies to enhance RampsRVA campaign effectiveness, organization power, brand identification, and thought leadership
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, and on-brand
· Manage marketing efforts and other communication efforts
Professional Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered instead of formal education
· Strong organization abilities including planning, program development, and task facilitation
· Demonstrated experience in creative problem-solving and critical thinking
· Familiarity with design software and technologies
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
Salary: $25,000 with flexible hours averaging 20 hours per week
