The Ark is currently offering a Clinical Case Manager opportunity, a critical role in helping Jewish community members improve their lives and strengthen their future. This position will report to the Director of Social Services and will have the opportunity to partner across the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide case management to broad spectrum of individuals seeking short- or long-term assistance
  • Offer crisis intervention as needed
  • Confidently assess client situations to determine needs and goals
  • Research and advocate for appropriate public assistance resources as needed
  • Ensure all case files and other records comply with policies and that all data is entered in timely manner
  • Deploy strong knowledge of external resources for a variety of issues

Requirements

·      Aptitude for detail, organization and prioritization meeting all deadlines

·      Experience in Salesforce preferred

·      Knowledge of external resources for variety of situations


Qualifications:

·      Bachelors in social work or MSW preferred

·      Minimum of 2 years working in a social service sector

·      Strong clinical assessment and resolution skill

·      Sensitive and respectful approach with all clients

·      Knowledge of Jewish customs and traditions
