The Water Well Trust (WWT) is a 501(c)(3) organization created by the Water Systems Council to provide a clean water supply to American families living without access to a precious resource most of us take for granted.
The WWT and its partners provide financing for wells and septic systems for low-income homeowners nationwide that need safe drinking water. We serve Americans living primarily in rural, unincorporated areas or minority communities throughout the United States.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position works closely with the Program Director and other program staff to ensure the program is delivered to homeowners in need of financing of their water well and/or septic system. Telecommunicating position.
Day to day tasks include: • Following up on intakes from potential clients • Processing applications and loans • Working with clients to ensure their water well and/or septic system project is finalized • Answering phone calls • Working with team to complete tasks and goals QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of High School Diploma • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Exceptional Customer Service • Self-Starter • Prioritization Skills
