The Executive Director will set goals, design strategies and meet targets for AFICC. The Executive Director shares AFICC’s values of integrity, innovation, and collaboration. In addition to running a small, effective team, the ED will maintain close contact with our projects in China and develop a network of advocates and partners in the United States. Duties include developing fundraising campaigns and overseeing donor relations. As the face of the organization, the Executive Director will make public appearances and engage with major donors.
