Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for the management and leadership of the Finance, Revenue Management and Information Technology departments; as well as all accounting functions, cash management, contract management, budget leadership and coordinator of the annual audit. The CFO will set the organizations financial policy and direction while also being an active participant in, and driver of, the organizations overall strategy. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
The CFO will be responsible for filling the Financial Leadership function for a mid to large size not for profit organization with several healthcare operating units.
This position directly supervises the Director of Finance, Director of Revenue Management, and the Facilities Manager. .
This is a key employment position pursuant to the Family and Medical Leave Act.
ADMINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT:
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree (MA/MBA preferred, CPA a plus) in Business, Management or Finance. Prior experience in non-profit/fund accounting is required. Experience with multiple sources of grant funding, compliance and reporting requirements required. Experience with non-profit activities, regulations and reporting requirements. NON PROFIT AND/OR HEALTHCARE EXP. REQUIRED
