We are seeking a highly organized, goal-oriented, self-starter to join our growing organization. In this position, you will lead and supervise our programs, and provide guidance to teams in ways that promote the company’s mission, while acting as a liaison between program staff and senior management.
As the ideal candidate you are an excellent leader and have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. You must be an excellent communicator and collaborator, and have the ability lead with energy and enthusiasm You have proven ability to implement high-level program initiatives, and don’t shy away from being a catalyst for positive change.
This position is exempt and reports to the Executive Director/Director of Operations.
Job Duties
Key Responsibilities
Providing programmatic and administrative supervision
Supervising direct staff including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation and training
Assisting in decisions on recruiting, hiring, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and other staff management issues
Assessing overall program performance for four programs
Developing systems and processes to meet program goals
Managing and utilizing resources across programs
Job training and orientation of all BridgeLine program staff
Coordinating referrals, intake, and caseload assignments, and facilitating team meetings.
Managing stakeholder communications
Monitoring compliance with all state and local contracts
Analyzing data received from client/family/stakeholder satisfaction surveys to recommend program changes
Developing program budgets and monitoring monthly revenues and expenses related to program goals
Ensuring compliance with appropriate regulatory, contractual, corporate and legal requirements regarding the operation of all programs
Providing direct services, including facilitation of intervention as needed
Skills Required
Skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in management, human services, or other related discipline
At least three years of experience providing direct supportive services to clients with disabilities
2+ years of experience as a program director
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic accounting and data management skills
Experience in managing projects, making independent decisions, and solving problems
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
Strong knowledge and experience with electronic record systems
Proven experience as team player with a welcoming and collegial attitude

Taking the lead in managing all BridgeLine programs, monitor their progress, and ensure program goals are reached
Creating synergy and improve collaboration between all programs, coordinating their interdependencies and cross-program activities

Maintaining organizational standards of client satisfaction, program quality, and overall program performance
