The INN St Thomas-Elgin seeks to provide safe, temporary shelter to individuals 16 and over while supporting all basic human needs and reducing barriers to obtain housing. Services are delivered in a positive and welcoming work environment from a lens of cultural humility with a guest-centered, trauma informed, anti-oppression approach.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will be an experienced visionary who has proven success with the hands-on approach toward building and guiding the organization in best practices.
The face of the INN, the leader will be required to work collaboratively with all stakeholders. The incumbent is accountable for the overall organization services, supervision and day-to-day management of the INN while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
