About Windy Hill Foundation
Established in 1981, Windy Hill Foundation (WHF) is an award-winning, non-profit, affordable housing provider based in Middleburg, VA with properties in Loudoun and Fauquier Counties. Our mission is to provide safe, decent, affordable housing to low- and lower-income families and older adults in Loudoun and Fauquier counties and to encourage self-improvement and self-sufficiency among our residents. We operate 310 residential units and offer comprehensive support services and educational resources to children, adults, and older adults.
Position Summary
The mission of Windy Hill Foundation’s Resident Services Program is to promote successful residencies and to assist residents in achieving maximum independence and self-sufficiency. We are dedicated to helping our residents meet their individual goals. We work with community partners to coordinate programs and services for our residents that focus on education, health, housing, and financial stability, and community engagement.
Under the supervision of the Director of Resident Services, the Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for assessing resident needs, developing and/or identifying programming to meet those needs, making resource information available to residents, and providing linkages to needed services for residents. A successful RSC will be customer service-focused, organized, and highly motivated to support residents to live stably in their housing and thrive in the community. This position interacts daily with residents, community partners, and volunteers and is required to work on-site. The RSC will work with children in an after-school setting, drive a van, and do some lifting.

Job Duties
Provide direct assistance, resource and program referrals, and 1-1 coaching to individuals and families based on assessed needs
Create and maintain a platform for resident communications with quarterly community meetings, and monthly community newsletters
Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations and individuals, with an emphasis on providing on-site services to residents
Develop and oversee on-site programs and activities based on the needs and interests of residents.
Maintain a clean, healthy environment in community rooms.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of available community resources.
Maintain records and provide data and information to document results and to comply with reporting requirements.
Complete resident surveys annually. Based on community needs, interests, and opportunities, create a comprehensive strategy for program development and implementation, information collection, partnership development, and budget implications.
Collect, manage, report, and analyze resident data, and ensure accuracy and consistency with established data
Manage budget, review monthly and ensure accuracy in budget reporting
Skills Required
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years of related experience
Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License and insurance
