Executive Director for SW Ohio, Christian, Non-Profit Prolife Organization
Elizabeth’s New Life Center operates Women’s Centers of Ohio (9 locations), Marriage Works Ohio, Youth Services, and Holy Family Prenatal Care. With 33 years of building a well-known ministry in SW Ohio, ENLC is seeking an Executive Director that can preserve our history and lead us into the future.
Viable candidates will have an advanced degree in Human Services, Theology, Education, Public and/or Business Administration, Non-Profit Management or another applicable field as well as extensive Management/Administrative experience, including managing/supervising a staff of 50-100. Five-Ten years’ experience in the non-profit sector with preference given to faith-based and/or pregnancy center or other pro-life organization experience.
The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and is the spiritual leader for the organization as well as leading the day-to-day and strategic activities. Candidates should be heavily involved in prolife initiatives and have a full understanding of the catechesis of the Roman Catholic Church and its teachings on chastity, marriage, and life from conception to natural death as well as the theology of the body.
Experience in fundraising and donor relations is important as well as an understanding of budget development and management, grant applications and utilization, public speaking, and the ability to motivate and work with an inter-denominational, Christian workforce.
Experience with coalitions and knowledge of political climate/issues regarding prolife initiatives in the State of Ohio are very important to be successful in the ED role.
This will be only the second ED in the organization’s history upon the retirement of our founder and current ED. There are big shoes to fill, and only serious and qualified candidates should apply.
