Job Description

This position reports directly to the Dir. of Finance. Key responsibilities include:

Preparing financial reports and various accounting statements.
Prepare and post journal entries to general ledger.
Preform account reconciliations.
Receive and pay vendor invoices.
Coordinating automobile registration renewals for fleet of vehicles.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

A thorough understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of and experience with spreadsheets and accounting software.
Experience with QuickBooks
